What stays on your device?

Calculator answers and a saved planning copy are generated in your browser. They stay on your device unless you add them to a request you send. Do not enter sensitive documents or information about someone else.

What does a request contain, and who sees it?

The form asks for a community, concern and callback number, with optional project details. When you send it with your consent, we receive the request and pass it to a local marine contractor to discuss the work you asked about. That contractor may call or text the number you give.

How long a request is kept is set out under retention below.

What about linked websites?

Government and community links lead to separate sites with their own privacy practices. This site uses no advertising analytics. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection information to serve and secure pages.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
